Shipping Policy

Our shipments are made within 48 hours after payment, but there may be delays. Shipments are made via email. Also check your spam folder! The message contains: License key for the never-used product, website to download the installation software, and a video tutorial.

The user is responsible for their license key and must keep it in a safe place. We are not responsible for lost licenses, but you can contact us to check if the registration still exists in our systems. We are not responsible for product support, but we provide initial support on our Discord server, and we also offer support on the products' official servers.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to products having different owners, we cannot exchange products for other products from the store in all contexts. In this case, we advise customers to think carefully before choosing their product to avoid inconvenience.

After purchasing your product, exchange or return is not possible as it is a digital product with an activation key. In cases of credit card chargeback, we take all appropriate legal measures.
